Directions to NSDAR – by Metro
From the Orange, Blue, and Silver lines (A 10-15 minute walk):

1. Take the Farragut West metro stop.
2. Exit the station on 17th or 18th Street, and walk south towards the National Mall.
3. Turn onto D Street, where the main entrance is located in the middle of the block between 17th and 18th streets. Go up the stairs to enter the museum. If you need a handicapped-accessible entrance, it is on the other side of the building, on C Street.

From the Red Line (A 10-15 minute walk):

1. Take the Farragut North metro stop.
2. Exit the station and walk south on 17th Street towards the National Mall.
3. Turn right onto D Street, where the main entrance is located in the middle of the block between 17th and 18th streets. Go up the stairs to enter the museum. If you need a handicapped-accessible entrance, it is on the other side of the building, on C Street.

Parking

Metered street parking is available but limited on the roads near the DAR building. Payment is through Parkmobile, and you can download the app to your phone ahead of time to make parking easier.
